This collection of odds n sods is a complete revelation encompassing the period between Joy Division and New Order. I was wary about letting the dark back into my world of vinyl, but I'm glad that I did, having also purchased a JD tshirt and a poster of Peter Hook. The only quibble that I have is not your company's fault- I missed my delivery due to An Post tardiness. 🥲

This purchase was an absolute brainer for a 1990s electronic music fan. In my opinion, I think that this is Underworld's finest album from start to finish. The trancey pulses of the tracks are hugely cathartic and the addition of Karl Hyde's guitar and cut-up lyrics are melancholic and soothing. My favourite tracks are Pearl's Girl and the opening triumvirate. It takes me back to happier times when music was taking risks and being innovative. Delivered on the date of my pre-order as well with no problems 😊

This brilliant and years ahead of its time compilation takes me back to when I was 16 and had no real interest in music. Substance blew my mind and it was my musical gateway drug to all the alterative artists that I subsequently loved from there. This album still sends shivers down my spine even in my dotage. Years ago in my late twenties, I was huge Underworld fan, but I had to sell all my CDs because of cash or lack of it. You name it, I had it. I missed being enthralled and blissed out by that band culminating in a mind-blowing gig at the Point in 1996. Reading this book was a special pleasure. Poignant poetry, evocative photos and riveting childhood memoirs. I loved all it and comes beautifully crafted and presented and I recommend it to all fans of music dance or otherwise

I must admit that I only bought this album on the back of reading Kim Gordon's autobiography, so I chose Sonic Youths most accessible one. I absolutely hated it on first listen, but it definitely grew on me pretty quickly. To me Goo is a beautiful noise with screwed up melodies and white noise. My favourite tracks are Tunic, Mote and Kool Thing. Prompt delivery as well at a great price.

This Pixies record is a birthday present which was delivered to my niece's house. She like the band very much, especially their popular tracks. I hope that she like the album and assist her in exploring more of Pixies on vinyl. Her big day isn't until March 8th, so fingers crossed.
