Description
Widely regarded as one of the great British heavy records of the century, 'Grey Britain' is a relentlessly bleak concept album; a snapshot of a country falling apart: fractured, broke, and politically rotten. 'Grey Britain' plays like the soundtrack to a nation's collapse. It's also the sound of a band levelling up - field recordings from the River Thames, piano tracked at Abbey Road, and a 33-piece orchestra recorded at AIR Studios. Guest spots include Biffy Clyro's Simon Neil on 'Graves,' plus backing vocals from Cancer Bats and Rolo Tomassi.
