Danish rock outfit Volbeat return with their eighth studio album Servant of the Mind. With the mixture of Heavy/Groove Metal bringing an unusual sound that makes you question constantly what will come next.
Coming off the back of their cover of “Don’t Tread On Me” for The Metallica Blacklist, Volbeat brings us their innovative sound with monster tracks mixing with a softer sound with help from Sine Bramsen, this album is a must for fans of the group.
Volbeat are one of those bands that are a doorway into the world of Heavy Metal, allowing people to dip their toe in the water with out getting soaked. Don’t get me wrong the guys can rock with the best of them but aren’t pigeonholed into that genre. Servant of the Mind is definitely one to check out.
